  • Please notify the company you purchased your hardware from of any returns or exchanges within 30 days from the ship date.
  • There will be a 25% restocking fee on all returns.
  • A properly completed RGA form must accompany the returned items.
  • Customer is responsible for the return shipping.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be made on custom made items.
  • Product(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition when it was received
